It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

If you’re staying at one of our homes, odds are… you love to travel too.
We’re the Royer family, and we might have a slight addiction to seeing what’s around the next corner. A few years back, we packed up our life, hit the road, and spent a full year exploring the lower 48 together. Since then, we finished the job and hit all 50 — including celebrating our final state on a glacier in Alaska (yes, it was cold, and yes, it was totally worth it).
Somewhere along the way, travel stopped being just a hobby and turned into a family business.
We started hosting in 2021, and every home we own has a story behind it - late nights fixing things, big wins, a few “what were we thinking?” moments, and a whole lot of memories made together. These places aren’t just properties to us. They’re homes we’ve laughed in, worked on, and vacationed in ourselves.
This is a true family-run operation. We design the spaces together, manage them together, and yes… occasionally sneak away to enjoy them like guests too.
